Materials processed by SIV include special steel (such as S45C, S45C-HT, SCM415, SS400, and SUM23), non-ferrous materials, castings (such as FCD450 and 600) including lost-wax, and forging material, with nearly all materials used for cut parts for the Japanese fluid power control equipment industry procured within Vietnam.

We take the conditions of the materials and machinery used into consideration, as well as the processing environment and similar factors while performing internal design and production of machining and inspection jigs in order to achieve consistent precision down to the micron unit. We constantly strive to meet our customers’ demands with the optimal equipment and methods.

Similar to our Japan Head Office, SIV performs integrated production and management, as we start by creating a prototype from a single drawing, then cut the procured materials, followed by final processing consisting of heat treatment, plating, grinding, and washing. This not only frees our customers from the intricate checking work that is required but also serves to reduce production labor time, which also translates into reduced costs.

Nearly all of the order that SIV receives consist of medium-volume production-sized lots from several dozen to several hundred pieces. Although we make frequent tooling changes due to our limited production facilities, this actually enhances our flexibility and adaptability.
