SIV Quality Policy

1. Provide highly reliable products
It is our responsibility to improve our product reliability and provide our products in a stable manner in order to meet the quality requirements of our customers by thoroughly applying our internal inspection system for product performance and strengthening our linkages with our business partners.

We must improve areas of waste in terms of time, labor, and cost, and learn from past failures and claims in order to practice management by use of target values and visualization in all departments and workplaces.
3. Consistent quality throughout SIV
In implementing our quality policy, SIV seeks to continuously improve our employee education and training system, as well as the quality awareness and technical skills of all employees in order to maintain quality that is consistent with that of our Tokyo and Yabuki factories.
